As one friend said, “So you want us to bring a bottle of wine, spend all afternoon cooking our ownn dinner and then make a donation to your charity?! Yeah we can do that”
Our grateful thanks go to Chris and Nigel Hall for organising this spectacular 10 course French degustation menu. I can’t begin to imagine how much work was involved in, first of all, coming up with such a menu, then organising all the ingredients and equipment and finally making sure all eighteen people kept on track with their cooking duties to produce such delicious dishes. And I must say every morsel was divine.
Our thanks also go to everyone who was involved and made the event a wonderful success. With their generous support we raised $1180 for CCSVI Australia.
